1.) What is your training philosophy?

Preparation before exercise. Warming up before a workout, and cooling down after a workout in my opinion are vital for development of muscles and avoiding any potential injuries. 

 

2.) What is an accomplishment you are proud of?

An accomplishment I am proud of is the progress I’ve seen since my hip surgery in February. Increasing strength, flexibility and functionality on a daily basis has been my main focus since waking up from surgery.

 

3.) What areas do you specialize in? (ie. Strength and Rehab)

I specialize in muscle strength/toning, weight loss and flexibility. I practice what I preach and apply my own workouts or modified workouts onto people I work with so I know exactly what they’re feeling.

 

4.) What are your hobbies outside the club?

Watching baseball, playing pickup sports, hanging out with friends and family

 

5.) What are your favorite TV shows or movies?

The Town, Patriots Day, Arrested Development, American Dad

 

6.) What is your favorite vacation spot?

Boston or anywhere with a beach and warm weather
