Philosophy
The gym is the one place in life it is okay to fail. Failure means you're pushing yourself to your limits.

1.) What is your training philosophy?

Patience is key, flexibility will ultimately lead to strength. Full range of motion throughout the exercise.

2.) What is an accomplishment you are proud of?

Greatest accomplishment: Understanding that anything in life worth working towards will take time. Don't rush it; but keep grinding towards it. 

3.) What areas do you specialize in? (ie. Strength and Rehab)

Emphasis on flexibility and improving overall strength. Understanding food and not being afraid of it. 

4.) What are your hobbies outside the club?
Sport Bikes, Football, Beach Season, Bonfires, Off-Road Activities, Gaming, Fishing

SportsCenter and Netflix

6.) What is your favorite vacation spot?
Anywhere Hot, Northern Wisconsin
