Wendy is certified in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, and Kettlebell. She is an Air Force Veteran who is certified to train and rehabilitate Air Force Airmen. She has trained alongside Olympic trainers and has personally trained athletes at all levels for sports conditioning, marathons, and Tough Mudders. She has class experience in strength training, yoga, sports conditioning, aerobics, Silver Sneakers, kid training, plyometrics, core stability, stretching, Insanity Kickboxing, Bootcamp, and Alloy Team Training.

Running, soccer, softball, kids' athletic events, reading, skydiving, and exercising.
