An indoor pool for year round use and a heated outdoor pool for the summer time. Water walk, swim laps, take part in a water aerobics class or just relax and catch some rays at the outdoor pool. We've got it all.

Women's Workout Areas (JAC and RAC)
Top of the line equipment in a non-intimidating atmosphere. Get a great strength workout on our Cybex circuit in less than 30 minutes or do cardio while watching TV. Dumbbells, exerbands, exerballs and stretching areas are also available.

SilverSneakers® (JAC)



The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is a unique physical activity program designed to encourage Medicare-eligible members to increase their physical activity. Based upon “fitness, fun and friends,” the fitness center-based program incorporates fun, social programming with an exercise program that enhances independent living skills. The target market of SilverSneakers is Medicare-eligible populations, primarily age 65 and older with activity levels ranging from active to semi-sedentary.
