JAC
Intro to Yoga
Do you need to learn how to relax? Do you want to add variety to your workout routine? Learn what Yoga is, what the benefits are and try some Yoga poses. This free intro class is offered the first Friday of every month from 6:15 -6:45 pm at the JAC Group Fitness room.

Cybex & Cardio Orientation
A Personal Trainer will teach you the basics of an exercise session.  You will learn how to
use the cardio equipment and Cybex strength machines.

Women’s Workout World Orientation
A Personal Trainer will teach you the basics of an exercise session in our private Women’s Workout World.  You will learn how to use the cardio equipment & Cybex strength machines.

Intro to Step
Learn the basic movements of the Reebok Step.  Then join our FREE Step classes on the Group Exercise schedule for a great cardiovascular workout.

Intro to Power Pump
A Group Fitness Instructor will teach you the basics of strength training with barbells,
dumbbells & exerballs.  This will prepare you for our FREE Power Pump classes
on the Group Exercise schedule.

Intro to Kickboxing
Learn the basic kicks and punches to prepare you for our FREE kickboxing classes
on the Group Exercise schedule.

Intro to Racquetball
A FREE lesson teaching you the basics of racquetball by our racquetball professional.
