Sue Dooley Conaway - has been the Fitness Director of the Janesville/Riverfront Athletic Clubs for 22 years and has over 25 years experience in the fitness industry. In addition to managing the Personal Training staff and Group Fitness staff, she is a Personal Trainer (certified by NASM and the APEX fitness & nutrition system) and a Group Fitness Instructor (certified by ACE and MAFA and SilverSneakers®). Her specialties include strength training for all ages (beginners to athletes), fitness programs for special needs populations (personal training in the water, senior fitness and medical rehabilitation), and educating clients on nutrition as a lifestyle. Sue is currently studying for a Physical Therapist Assistant license. Sue enjoys an active lifestyle of running, biking, weight training, swimming, and golfing as well as cooking, reading, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.
Lyla Fell - has worked at the Riverfront Athletic Club since it opened in 1998. She is a certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), American Council of Exercise (ACE) and is a level two instructor with Yoga Fit and teaches SilverSneakers® Yoga Stretch. She enjoys working with all age levels, teens to seniors. Lyla thoroughly enjoys working with the members and there is no greater joy for her than to see someone reach their goals/dreams. Lyla enjoys reading, practicing Yoga, kayaking and spending time with her family and Shih Tzu Mia.
Kelly Jones -is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. She has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2001 holding certifications through NASM, ACE and APEX. Kelly’s hobbies include strength training, running, and racquetball and spending time with her family.
Terri Clore - has been involved in health and wellness since 1992. She has a B.S. in Physical Education from UW-Oshkosh. Terri is a certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE and APEX. She also enjoys teaching group fitness classes and is certified by MAFA and BOSU. Terri enjoys weight training, swimming, water activities, biking and quiet time at home with her family.
Beth Klosowski - is a certified Personal Trainer through NASM. She has completed the Optimum Performance Training course for the certified Personal Trainer as well as the Optimum Performance Training course for Seniors. Beth is the Silver Sneakers® Advisor for the JAC and teaches Silver Sneakers® classes. She also holds a water instructor certification with MAFA. Beth enjoys running, biking, weight training and cooking.
