Your Club membership allows you a wide range of classes that are FREE! These classes range from Step Classes to Power Pump to Kickboxing. We also offer free intro classes to introduce you to how these classes work. All classes are taught by certified instructors, it's like getting free personal training.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A certified Personal Trainer guides you through your workouts offering tips and feedback so you get the best results from your workouts. Our Personal Trainers are great motivators who will take you to the next level by keeping your workouts fresh and exciting. It is recommended you change your workout every 4 to 12 weeks. Our trainers will help you make the changes you need to get results!
