Cycling is a challenging workout that you control! A major advantage of cycling is that you choose the speed, resistance and intensity levels of your exercise bicycle to create a workout that works best for you.

Our cycling classes* are a great cardio workout set to music and taught by one of our certified cycling instructors. Your instructor will keep the class motivated while ensuring you are safe and having fun while burning calories!
