Aquatic Bootcamp

A high intensity water fitness program that provides the benefits of a pool, with little to no impact on joints and expands lung capacity, as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training of a traditional bootcamp class.

Aquatic Fitness

Wouldn't you enjoy a great workout without pain? This complete pool workout includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training using various water equipment, balance training and flexibility.

Aquatic Zumba

Those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn't miss!

Body Sculpt

A muscle-toning class, using a unique combination of methods with free weights, bar/plates, resistance bands, gliding discs, stability ball and your own body! Designed to provide you with a total body workout in 50 minutes! Good for all levels.

Boot Camp

A fun and challenging cardiovascular & strength work out in a circuit training format...Military Style! This class incorporates all of our toys...steps, jump ropes, hula hoops, cones, agility ladder, rings, light hand weights, Exer-tubes, Exer-balls, Your Own Body Weight, etc. Any fitness level is welcome.

PiYo™

An athletic fusion style strength and flexibility mat class blending Pilates and Yoga. It combines energetic, powerful moves into a fluid, challenging workout for everyone. It includes modifications for the group exercise environment, yet offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants.

Pound

A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and Isometric poses into a 50-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music!

Power Boot

Build strength, endurance and agility to conquer your daily routine. You can expect to do calisthenics, such as push-ups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. In essence, interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

Power Pump

The hottest Group Strength Training workout around! Use free weight equipment to get a great full body strength training workout. We recommend a maximum of 2-3 Power Pump classes per week on nonconsecutive days.

Senior Power Pump

A gentle strength training class with free weights, Exer-balls, and Exer-tubes. This is a FUN opportunity for ANYONE to safely learn the basic technique of each Power Pump exercise while benefiting strength, bone mass, & balance. (45 minutes)

 

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (45 minutes)

SilverSneakers® CardioFit

SilverSneakers CardioFit is an advanced group exercise class designed for active adults who desire a safe and effective low-impact cardiovascular workout. Energizing and easy-to-follow movements promote heart-healthy, total-body conditioning to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. In addition, a variety of strength training options are offered to provide a well-rounded workout. (45 minutes)

SilverSneakers® Yoga

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (45 minutes)

Step

This High energy cardio class is great for all skill levels. A great challenge to the lower body while stepping up and down on the REEBOK Step. Upper body movements are added to further intensify this workout.

Yoga

This class utilizes unique ways of visualizations and moving the body in and out of yoga poses with ease and safety. Yoga focuses on flexibility, strength, relaxation and breathing techniques. This foundations class is useful and beneficial for all levels.

Zumba®

Hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in 45 or 60 minutes of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Zumba Plus®

Our Zumba Plus class is a hybrid class, combining original Zumba with the resistive training of Zumba Toning. Come and try this new and exciting workout!
